I’m Back — And So Much Has Been Growing Behind the Scenes

Hey friends, it’s been a while.
If you’ve followed my journey for any length of time, you know that life for the Goodwins is never quiet — full of family, faith, travel, healing, building, and creating. And sometimes, in the middle of all of that, I step back from blogging… not because I’ve stopped writing, but because God has been writing me.
Over the past season, I’ve been pouring into new projects, new chapters (literally and spiritually), and a new purpose. And now, I’m finally ready to bring all of that back here — to share, to encourage, and to invite you into what’s next.
What’s New?
A lot.
I’ve been working on several books — stories rooted in motherhood, loss, hope, faith, and family. Books that I pray will meet women right where they are and remind them they are not alone. Books that reflect the heart behind Incompetent But Hopeful and the mission God has placed on my life.
Why I’m Blogging Again
Because writing is where my voice feels clearest.
Because testimony is meant to be shared.
Because someone out there needs to read the very words I almost kept to myself.
And because this new season — these new books, new projects, and new beginnings — deserve their own space to breathe and unfold.
